Fullscript isnt working

Jason Forsyth aka J.
This integration is so messy. Any description of products cross over into the image of the supplement (screen view) not to mention the printing of patient notes that is just so sloppy with text boxes losing their formatting and displaying html code - it is just a mess. Our practice has received so many patient complaints we have had to discontinue it's use entirely and go back to directing patients to fullscript.com natively and have discontinued linking FullScript Rx to patient notes. What a shame. Had this been tested more effectively and bugs worked through prior to launch I believe this would have been an amazing value add. Our office was part of beta testing and submitted these issues numerous times to IntakeQ before and prior to launch with no real resolution and after awhile - no response. It is my recommendation that IntakeQ remove this functionality entirely until these issues are resolved, otherwise, it is just a negative impact on the overall patient experience and the brand we are all trying to set as provider. This integration is not worth advertising.

Hello everyone. We released an update where you should see the order status next to the items in the image view. Would you mind confirming this is working as expected?

Does everyone here call these "Recommendations" vs "Prescriptions"? We have the setting to choose but not sure if anyone calls these prescriptions. Prescriptions would be more for medical prescribing I would think.

Tyson Edwards: Hi Tyson! Thank you. I think Recommendations is most appropriate.

Hi All, just wanted to check in. How is this working out for everyone? Any feedback yet?

Tyson Edwards: thanks for checking in! i personally love the integration - knowing that i can see what i recommended my patient to take / order - but i can't confirm via the integration whether or not they ordered the recommendations. any opportunity there to indicate on the patient's page that they ordered the recs?
Tyson Edwards
Geoffrey Talis, MD: Let me check with Fullscript on this one.

Tyson Edwards: I love it!!! It's working great! Only question is... is there a way to do it from a note, much like I can add a diagnosis from a note? (Not a dealbreaker)
Tyson Edwards
Stefani Reinold: Hi, yes! Under the "More" button from a note, you should see an Add Recommendation/Prescription menu item.
Tyson Edwards
Geoffrey Talis, MD: This is achievable. We can look at adding it soon. Thanks for the feedback.

integration with Emerson/Fullscript/Wellevate

Hi IntakeQ,
It would be so great if there was some sort of Integration with Emerson/Fullscript/Wellevate. It would be so nice to just send a Fullscript recommendation through the portal instead of having to send the pat a separate email form Fullscript. Right now I use Stripe to take payments through Fullscript. If Fullscript integrated with IntakeQ, it would be so easy for me to migrate over to Practice Q.
Thanks for your consideration.

Status update on this? Thank you for making this happen! It would make my time using PracticeQ be much easier and more valuable.

Hello, thank you for your request. We should have Fullscript support in the next month. Would that resolve this request? Thanks!
