Whenever a rule gets "broken" and unlinked, there is nothing that shows that it has been unlinked. You have to click into each rule to make sure it is still linked. It would be helpful if that rule gets highlighted and a lightning bolt exclamation point or something to show that it has been broken and needs to be re-done.
