As of now we are having to print the CMS 1500 form to PDF, then print the corresponding note(s) to PDF, then combine them into one PDF, then upload to Files in the client profile, and then fax. It is a lot of extra steps! It would be extremely helpful to be able to fax a claim with accompanying note directly from the client profile to avoid all these extra steps and potential errors.
