Having a lot of issues as a new IntakeQ user. I'm a psychiatrist and prescribe meds using the integrated escript but hate that there are so many steps and pop ups, especially for controlled substances.
controlled substances: Is there any way to get around this? It makes me log into Id.me every single time and then send a push confirmation to confirm that it's me before I can send the script, then again asks me to approve it one or 2 more times before it's sent.
- any easier way to do refills other than go into manage prescriptions first then represcribe?
- wish refill button was available from main prescriptions page
- is there a way to have it close the pop up screen after prescribing a new med? it also stays goes back to that same med instead of the main prescribe new med screen.
all these little things add up to a lot of time and extra effort. Has anyone found a way around this?
