We would love to see expanded functionality for form delivery and automation. Currently, the system allows setting the default form delivery method to either email or text, but having the option to send forms via both email and text simultaneously would be incredibly valuable.
Additionally, it would be beneficial to customize email and text automation settings on a per-form basis. For example, our intake form is time-sensitive, and it would be ideal to enable delivery via both channels—sending multiple follow-ups through both email and text until the form is completed.
