There should be a 24-hour reminder option. As of now, the only option is to send email reminders 1 day before at 9:30 AM. I'd like a straight up 24 hour notice - that follows the company policy.

PLEASE allow up to send email AND text with more flexibility or by policy. For example: 3 days before, morning of, AND 1 hour before. By text AND email.
