Edit Price Schedule Directly From Client Profile

It would be very helpful to be able to change a client's price schedule directly from their profile.
For those of us who offer reduced fees, having to remember every client or write them down and then add them to the Fee Schedule section (or go back and forth) is very cumbersome. It would be much easier, especially when removing a fee schedule because a client's billing option has changed, to be able to do everything associated with that client right under their profile.

When editing custom fee schedules, you can now have the service price changes apply to already booked appts.
Can you please give this a shot and let us know if this is behaving as expected?
Thanks!

Hope this is helping. Let me know if anyone is having issues with this.

Has this been working for everyone?

Tyson Edwards: This works when there are not any future appointments scheduled for the client (without invoices created). Once those appointments have passed a new appointments are scheduled, then it will begin to work. It also works on new clients before future appointments are scheduled. I love this feature!

Tammy Hulsey: Thank you for this explanation! Glad it's providing some value. I may use your text to explain better.

Tyson Edwards: Looks to be working well, I like the easy access! We are excited for the automatic update to roll out eventually for already scheduled appointments.

This is available now from the client profile. Can you check out?

I noticed there is a space for a price schedule on the Overview page of the client's chart. I realize it shows it's in progress, but while it is still being developed, it would be awesome if the price we select to charge the client, would default from the price schedule added to populate the same price on the invoice without needing to manually change it. Then, we can add these clients to autocharge without the worry of being charged the wrong amount. Just in case this was not implemented while being developed. At this time, it does not default to the price schedule set up in the chart. Thanks!

Tammy Hulsey: this is available now. The invoice should pull the charge set on the fee schedule for that service. If you are not seeing this, can you submit a ticket to hello+tyson@intakeq.com?

Also, just to add on, this will not affect already created invoices. It will only apply to new invoices after the fee schedule has been applied.

Just chiming in to say how much I really wish this were a feature. Came to this page just to request it, but the search led me to your request first!
Would it be possible to find a way to add a patient to a [discounted] price schedule via the patient's profile (instead of via the Booking Settings). This would be a much more convenient way to access the information!

So you would want the clients to have their own fee schedule correct?
I assume you would need all these fields like the Price Schedule popup?
- Price Schedule Name
- Ability to disable
- Ability to add Service with an amount type (Discount Amount, Discount - Percentage, Fixed Price)
- The fee for the service

Tyson Edwards: The price schedule would not need a name. It could just be a heading in the individual Client Overview similar to the Insurance heading that allows us to identify services individually for that client that have a rate that deviates from the default and set/adjust the fee to whatever the rate is (so NOT a percentage or fixed rate discount, but just literally the fixed rate itself). No need to disable/enable either; it should be that simply editing the Client Overview and deleting that line item reverts the service back to the practice default rate.
So basically just 'Add Item,' then a drop down to pull up the Service + Service Code and Reg Price to be adjusted, and then a field to set the Unique Client Rate for that client.

Okichie Davis, LPC, LCPC, ACS, NCC: So, I don't use insurance so I'm not sure what specifically you're referencing.
Regardless of how it is assigned, I want a reduced fee to autopopulate in the invoices, as it does now.
Right now, a reduced fee schedule is created and the only way to assign clients to it is to pull up that particular fee schedule, search for the client(s) to add (then click Add and Save). I would like to be able to assign a client to reduced fee schedule from within the client's account. I would also like the option to be able to generate an entirely new fee schedule from within the client's account - OR to generate a fee that would only be applied to that client and would not generate a reduced fee schedule.
Being able to generate a list of clients with reduced fees - and the details about those fees - is also important to me.

Camille Scent, Okichie Davis, LPC, LCPC, ACS, NCC: Thanks for this. Regarding reporting, client name, total income, date added to schedule. Would there be any other data points to consider?

Tyson Edwards: Percentage of total practice clients who have a unique price schedule

Yes - this is a very cumbersome process. Additionally, it would be great if a client who is on a reduced fee schedule could automatically be tagged as such. As it stands now, when I add a client to a reduced fee schedule, I then have to go to that client's file and add a tag indicating which fee schedule they're on. (And I must do this twice for each client since I primarily work with couples.)

Camille Scent: Yes this is definitely my request. It's not easy to remember which client is on a Price Schedule so some sort of indication on their profile would be great.
