It would be beneficial if we could edit the note templates when we are in a note, there is a form we sent out as an intake for patients to fill and we pin it to the profile to pull into our evaluation but there are components within questions/sections we do not need to include or where it would be be good to be able to change first to third person for the question for more seamless/professional appears in the evaluation note
