Do not generate invoices on Cancel appointments

When we cancel an appointment, your system will ask to generate an invoice. We do not need to generate an invoice because there was no appointment. If we do not generate an invoice, it shows as uninvoice amount and when we generate bulk invoices it will generate an invoice with the amount of the copayment even if the appointment did not happen.
It is time-consuming to have to go and cancel the invoices one by one, It is also time-consuming to have to "pay" invoices with zero balance. It seems like an unnecessary step.
