IntakeQ allows users to upload fax contacts into the system. However, for received faxes, the only information displayed on IntakeQ is either the caller ID or Remote ID from SRFax, without recognizing or displaying the saved fax contacts. It would be highly beneficial for IntakeQ to display the contact names for received faxes when the sender matches an uploaded or saved contact; otherwise, the fax contacts feature seems redundant and inefficient.

Additionally, since we have our contacts saved in SRFax, it would be even more beneficial and time-saving for our practice if IntakeQ could enhance their API connection to recognize these saved contacts on SRFax.
