Being able to set each provider with an e-signature and description. Description via text box(?) is to show details underr signature including printed name, title, and licenses/numbers. When a patient is specifically on my, or another's, schedule and a session note is being completed, we can efficiently complete document with our authorized signature. We would simply click to sign and the signature associated is what each provider sets up via their account to ensure it is accurate. In this way there would be a "sign" button or a part of the e-signature feature for providers that would finalize the document (as most session notes need our official sign-off to be considered complete and authorized). Ex: Click sign, use the same password we use to get into our practice Q, and the document is finalized. Attached are pictures for reference from my previous EMR system that had this feature (it's incredible) and what the signature (personal info removed) would look like on the finalized document.
