I would love for this to include any Unallocated Amount on an EOB/ERA for payers who deduct a processing fee from electronic payments. Those are tax deductible and can really add up!

Being able to see total units billed per provider, services / CPT codes billed per provider would also be helpful

Hello, we have broken out the income report to show the payment processor and the manually entered payments. You can see that now.
We will also splitting out coupons/discounts into it's own line. I will add something for products.
We will also have insurance income split out by payer in the next week or so.
Laurie Schlosser
Tyson Edwards: Thanks Tyson. The biggest issue for me is that there is still no way to send the contractors a document that shows all of it or to save it in one document because in order to see the break down one has to click the link and be taken to another page. I do not want to transfer to a CVS file, that wouldn't be helpful and it would involve another step. Office Ally had in all in one running document that we could save and send to the contractor and save in for the business. I don't need products/discounts or payer income split, maybe others do? I also don't need manually entered split from the processer. I just need to detailed breakdown in one document. It's helpful now how you have it broke down showing the client, the payer payments and client payments. Just need to be able to view in one document.

Laurie Schlosser: we need to see discounts for our reports

Laurie Schlosser: Exactly! It would be more beneficial to give us the options on how we need to break down information for income reports because everyone's income reports will have different needs. Also the detailed reports should have line item details included in one report to make it easier to access the information all at once.

Laurie Schlosser: Hi, can you please find some time on my calendar next week to discuss?

Income from products as well. There is so much missing in IntakeQ. The logic forms and simple booking widget are really the only things keeping me here.
Laurie Schlosser
Is this possibly in the works? So that we can see all the income breakdown in one document that can be shared with our independent contractors? Right now I can only share the summary page.
Laurie Schlosser
I appreciate that we can know see the detailed breakdown. But I am wondering if we can get it all in one report that can be downloaded. Right now I have to screen shot and save the detailed breakdown of client and insurance payment for my contractors.

Including any discounts on the session/invoice, as well as products sold, would be great!

Agree!

So would these be acceptable columns for 'payments per client' report?
Client Name | Paid Amount | Payment Date | Invoice ID | Claim # (if applicable) | Practitioner | Any others?
Laurie Schlosser
Tyson Edwards:
Applied Date
Patient ID
Patient Name
DOS
Payment ID
Payment Date
Applied Payments
Applied Adjustments
This is what the detailed income reports in OA look in OA. The client payment and adjustments are what is important for tracking for contactor income accuracy. Recoupments or refunds would also be detailed. If you want to do a 5 minute zoom meeting I could show you what it looks like in OA. thanks for asking clarifying questions.

Laurie Schlosser: Yes, the income report needs to be very clear, concise and contain all of the relevant information on one document. This is crucial when you have multiple practitioners
Laurie Schlosser
Cary Shore: Right now we can click on the amounts for the details but it would be good to have it on one page so I could download the document with all the info instead of just the totals four the agency and practitioner.

Laurie Schlosser: hours worked and tags. tag would be helpful for filtering in our business

-Richard Hallowell BIS, BSN-RN, MI: Multiple columns for each tag to be specific, tag is now included in many reports but groups all of them together and does not allow for easy sorting when transferred to a CSV or excel

Tyson Edwards: Payer ID would be SO helpful as well, so that we can sort based on insurance payer :)
Tyson Edwards
Laurie Schlosser: What does "Applied Date" mean?
Laurie Schlosser
Tyson Edwards: HI Tyson, I think the applied date isn't relevant the way IQ payments come in because you apply them right away.
Tyson Edwards
Laurie Schlosser: Hi, with us, you can have multiple dates of service on a single payment. Did OA allow for this too? If so, how did they display the DOS for these payments?
Laurie Schlosser
Tyson EdwardsThe way the details show up when you hit the total on the first page of the income report is detailed enough if you just added DOS. Just need an option to view all payments in one downloadable page. I don't think we need any ore details or information. Yes, you could have multiple dates of service on one invoice and one payment. I don't remember how OA handled that. I am looking now at the income report for client payments and it shows the total for the payment when I had 2 DOS on the invoice. And for our needs that is okay the way it is. Sorry I hope this isn't a big pain for you all.

right now i need to download an excel file and count hours to make sure i am paying hourly staff correctly. it is time consuming!
Laurie Schlosser
Kirsten Turoldo: Can you look at the column list I put on here to see if it's everything that you would need.
K
Kirsten Turoldo
Laurie Schlosser: i need hours worked
Tyson Edwards
Kirsten Turoldo: How do you determine hours worked? By the total appt time for all booked appts?
K
Kirsten Turoldo
Tyson Edwards: yes exactly:)
