Option to save default CPT codes for each patient in their profile (Just as we can save the diagnosis codes there).

We need the same CPT codes to rollover from visit to visit and haven’t found a streamlined way to do this without a lot of looking up/clicking around.

Even replicating the note and then linking it to the appointment brings over the codes from the service/appt. defaults rather than from the previous note.

Having the default CPT's for each patient transfer to notes, claims, and invoices (once set up in their profile) would be so much better too.
