Can "deductible? be added to the drop down when manually changing claim status? Deductible is only annotated electronically.

Can I also add to this to have an invoice option. For instance if a claim is in denied status due to a PR code can we have the option to say it has been invoiced to get it out of the denial status. The only option we have right now is to leave it in denial status or mark it paid. Thanks

I believe adding it under the change status drop down would be a good option under the paid option.

Can you show me what it looks like when you see deductible annotated electronically on your end?

The status' come from the clearinghouse so we are wary to adjust those. Would it be helpful if this was a secondary status kinda like claims "In Review"?

Tyson Edwards: I think secondary causes more filtering vs just physically seeing that secondary status and knowing what needs to be worked quickly vs something that may already have been worked on.

Tyson Edwards: It would be nice to be able to change the status to "Deductible" in case it had been changed by accident on our part or if the clearinghouse remittance wasn't received.
