Declined appointment notification

Our clients are children, so we need to use contacts for the parents. When they request an appointment, if we accept, the notification is sent to appropriate contacts, so both parents can be notified. When we have to decline an appointment it ONLY sends to the child. We can put one parent's email in the child line, but it causes glitches across the board, and it is not possible to notify both parents. Please fix this urgently as we need to be able to notify contacts.

Have you emailed them about this as well? This is really not something that should wait IMHO…
