Seems as though IntakeQ could populate full lists from an external source/reference platform, perhaps depending on the country. From CMS or AMA, for example, for US practitioners rather than IntakeQ maintaining the lists themselves.

There are about 70k icd-10 codes in the latest edition. Would you want all of these available?
If you'd prefer a subset based on your specialty, I would love to know which specific codes you'd like to see pre-populated.
Thank you!

Tina Koro (IntakeQ) I see no reason not to have a full data base. I am most interested in F and Z codes, but you never know what you need to put in there.

Tina Koro You should have the full list that you update every year as they change. You should also incorporate a way to differentiate between years. For example - I have 1 year to submit Medicare claims and other payers, if I am working on claims from last year, I still need access to last years ICD-10 codes and the current years codes. As the EHR company, you really should be doing this already. Also, since we use your system for diagnostic testing, we use codes all over the spectrum of the Dx range, you should not limit what you have access to, but you certainly should have a way to create a favorites list or a truncated list for Providers who are specialty specific.

Have preinstalled procedure and diagnosis codes. Having to upload them myself seems silly when other platforms have them ready to choose from already.

This is a no brainer and needs to be done ASAP. Practice Fusion has this option and it adds tremendous value and accuracy to the billing process.
