I am requesting for added functionality in IntakeQ to add an advanced pricing feature where on each patient’s profile – you can enter custom rates for each service type and practitioner and then have the system automate accordingly.

We have a practice with around 10,000 clients in our 15 year history and we have 47 clinicians. We are mostly private pay and clients pay a huge range of fees that are quite variable. They may also meet with one clinician for EMDR therapy, another for couples therapy, and someone else for help with executive functioning. Having this feature would be helpful to attract large practices like ours to use your product without issues.
