Custom/Patient-Specific Scheduling Reminders

Follow-up timing varies by patient. Most stable patients only need to be seen every 90 days, but when a change is made to a medication or dosage, patients need to be seen sooner (typically within 3–6 weeks). On average, 5–10 patients per week require these earlier follow-ups.
Currently, automated scheduling reminders apply uniformly to all patients, which can create confusion when reminder timing does not match the follow-up instructions given at the visit.
It would be helpful to have the ability to configure multiple reminder intervals and select which patients receive each reminder so that reminders line up with individual treatment plans and reduce scheduling confusion.

Agree, also some patients are only seen once and may need multiple reminders for that appointment, however if another client is seen several times per week they don't want extra reminders for every appointment. It simply doesn't make sense to have one blanket setting for the entire practice.
