Custom attendance options, with attendance tracking. I'd like to be able to track how many appointments have been attended, excused cancel, unexcused cancel, no show, etc.

Tracking attendance is important to any practice. It's also important for reporting purposes. I'd like to have a attendance tracking system in which I can have a question on a form that auto populates with attendance totals. On progress notes, treatment plans/reviews/updates, treatment reports, discharge summary, etc. this is important to be able to track the client's attendance record.
Currently I have a pinned question that the clinician has to manually +1 to whichever attendance box applies to the client's attendance for every progress note, etc. This works fine and a workaround, but IntakeQ already has the client's attendance data, so let's make it more usable!

Yes it would nice to change appointment status to COMPLETE once the visit is finished.

Would this be helpful if this was in a single place in the client profile vs all the notes/forms?

Tyson Edwards: That would be amazing! We really need this feature too. Currently it’s hard to track a client’s history to keep the no show and cancellation counts. We put it in the notes section but those get excessively long since you can’t edit them.

Tyson Edwards: If this linked to the new cancellation reasons that would be perfect. Easy at a glace.

how can i get that to translate to a report that is tracking trends in no shows, cx. i'm trying to watch this from admin side to track why we are having more no shows, etc, and figure out how to mitigate. will this note export for all patients?

I created separate service codes--cancelled/late cancel for the time being. then i create a note that documents who cancelled/why

This would be so helpful for us

FOR SURE! we had to create a special note for cx by office, cx by patient, etc.

Donna: i have a note template that incorporates this.

Ryne Evans: do you mind sharing an example?

I would also like to add, "cancelled by clinician" as an option for when it's not in any way the client's fault, clinician had a meeting come up, is out sick, etc.

The same theme keeps coming up - there needs to be a way to differentiate between - cancel, late cancel, no show..etc
