Credit Card Vs Credit Balance

I am in horror right now at your current prioritization of credit balance withdrawals versus the medical aesthetics industry standard of charging the patient's credit card on file for their monthly membership dues. It should be a CHOICE that we set up on our end based on our PATIENT'S PREFERENCES, not YOUR prioritization.
We often run treatment promos and holiday specials during which a patient can pre-pay for certain procedures at the promo rate and we use the credit balance to store their "Beauty Bank" funds. These are very specific dollars that go to very specific treatments at very specific prices. When a patient's monthly membership dues are withdrawn from the set credit balance, I have no new dollars coming in externally (which is the point of memberships), and the credit balance is now delinquent in funds, so that when a patient comes in to redeem their discounted treatment with their pre-paid funds --- they no longer have any money left! Can you imagine the fury? The monthly membership dues are supposed to be ADDED to the credit balance (which I do manually on my end), not take away from it.
Additionally, my reporting will be completely inaccurate because I have to turn in all "unredeemed" dollars to my accountant (the credit balances of every patient) which aren't recognized as income until the patient actually has the treatment and we withdraw the funds from credit balance at the time of service.
Without changing your current system and offering the choice of credit card vs credit balance, I will not be able to accurately account for pre-paid purchases for our patients. And ultimately will have to stop offering my membership program, lose clients to competitors who do offer memberships, and possibly go out of business.
Please update me when you have corrected your system. This is urgent
Sincerely,
