I'm unsure of the utility of product Lot #s and expiration dates, if you're unable to search for them in the patient database. For pharmacy license needs, or med/supplement recalls, this is a necessity. I inquired directly with IntakeQ, and this was the reply on this topic; it negates the ease and purpose of that type of tracking:

"Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out. There is no way to search the lot number or expiration date. But in Reports > Products you can search the product and then export the list to CSV and remove clients from other lot numbers and expirations and then contact them once you have the list together.
