CPT codes on chart notes

I get my medical records requested and they need to see the procedure/CPT codes as well as the diagnosis codes. Currently we have a mixed control section where we can check off the CPT codes, but when these differ from the appointment default we have to remember to update them in both places. It would be so much easier if the notes linked to an appointment just copied over the CPT codes as well.

I have the same issue! is this not something they include in these notes?

There is an Appointment Details and Current Diagnosis question type, not usable in "mixed controls" question type. This is only available in "notes" and not "questionnaires"/"intakes" Hope this helps!
