Please add functionality that transforms patient intake form data into a note-ready SOAP draft and inserts it into the encounter note. This should map intake fields into appropriate sections (HPI/ROS/PMH/Meds/Allergies, etc.), preserve patient wording when relevant, and allow the clinician to review/edit before finalizing.
