We've had multiple profiles of the same patient that was created automatically due to a different or short spelling of their name, mis-typed email address, etc. I have filled out intake forms before with my own doctor and they have me confirm 3 addresses - 2 random, 1 mine. Are you able to implement that or something similar to prevent multiple profiles created of the same person?
