I would like to suggest that the canceled appointments change color or go to no color, as it is confusing with just the font changing color and not the appointment itself.

Hello all. We have made a change here and canceled appts will now show as grey with a grey outline and black strikethrough text.

Kim Schemahorn: It only affects services without a defined color. Does it makes more sense to keep the color and show as dimmed or would you want ALL of the missed appts to be grey even if they have a defined color?

Tyson Edwards: I see. Yes, I was expecting all the missed appts to be grey. I'm fine with them just being dimmed. The name crossed out is the most helpful part so this should work. Thank you!

I would like the color of the appointment to change or dim when it is cancelled for any reason. Now, the font is changed to black, which is confusing.

Can we have canceled appointments appear on the bookings calendar the same as missed appointments with a line through the appointment or grayed out? This will allow our billing department to view any cancellations and missed appointments for the day/week for billing purposes.

I would like cancelled appts to show on the calendar as a grayed-out app or a pinked-out appt. Now, they are prominent on the calendar and I mistake them for an actual appt. I want to see the cancellations but they be easily distinguished from active appts.

What if we did a darker grey border and a lighter gray background for cancelled appts?
I think white might be cool too bc the timeslot is blank now. Otherwise the grey would mean the timeslot is sort of "disabled".

Tyson Edwards: You're right that a dark grey would look the same as blocked times, but maybe have the light grey be a tad bit darker though, just so it's clearly not white.

you can see Cancelled appts by clicking the "Filters" and clicking "Cancelled". Let me know if this helps.

Tyson Edwards: This works for individual calendars, but not in team view. Is there a reason for this?

I would prefer canceled appointments are shown with a strike through. The grayed out feature makes it difficult to distinguish that they are canceled.

wow is that not a feature already! I am just trying this software out .. this are basic thing ...

Mohammed Joz: I found it easy to train my eyes to see the black font = cancelled and cancelled appointments are very obvious on the appointment list view.
