When an invoice is generated (and the related email is received verifying the credit card payment has been processed), only the parent name/credit card holder name appears on the email showing the payment has been received. We have many families that have more than one family member coming for services, so when the invoice payment email is received they all have the same name on them...regardless of which patient that invoice was for. It would be more efficient for our group practice if the client's name was also on the invoice so we did not have to take the separate step of opening that invoice to view which patient the payment is for.
