There needs to be a way for clients to see all of their upcoming scheduled appointments. Right now the only way for them to know when they have appointments scheduled is by wading through appointment confirmation emails, waiting until an appointment reminder is sent, or by admin having to reach out individually. This often leads to clients booking more than one appointment per week, then going back to cancel when they realize, making the schedule an absolute mess.
This seems like it could very well be streamlined and automated; possibly showing a pop-up or landing page of upcoming appointments when they schedule one.
