It would be great if clients could ALWAYS reply to a confirmation SMS/ text and we get that reply, versus currently it only allows them to do so for 4 days. Sometimes people may keep a thread on their phone and want to reply another time, and I don't want to miss those messages/ I have been missing those messages when clients reply to an older confirmation message.
