It would be nice if IntakeQ auto populated the reference number from the original claim when submitting a duplicate or replacement or even deletion. After a claim's status has been determined by an ERA, any "edits" should automatically create a replacement claim with the original claim's reference number.

Yes, PLEASE. When dealing with insurances making mistakes, they always ask for claim numbers. Already they are asking us to do extra work. When you export claims information, it only displays the claim number that was assigned within IntakeQ. It doesn't display the claim number that the insurance assigned the claim when it was processed. We have to go into every individual claim, into the Activity section to find it. Right now, our office is dealing with over 200 incorrectly processed claims as a result of the insurance company's error. Now it's on us to gather all those claim numbers. It should be exportable.
