Create a checklist where we can customize with standard tasks that need to be done on cases? Where we can mark complete on certain parts of the checklist and ultimately completed the entire checklist once case has been completed

You should be able to do this or something similar through the processes menu. That's how our office automates task creation. Set a trigger for the check list and then create the individual tasks. Hope this helps!

Kelsey Daniell: The Task Process creation is so clunky and easily ignored or overlooked. Not to mention it is somewhat limited on what can be initiated based on the rules. (At least what we have found.)
