Right now invoiced cancellations do not show up in the appointment report. This means the revenue and revenue by practitioner on these reports is not accurate. For practices that pay based on work completed, not payments received, this is especially problematic and requires running a downloaded list of appointments and cleaning data to get accurate information on invoiced amounts.
