Change to “Patient” instead of “Client”

yes, i am not selling anything and providing medical care to my patients. this is a big platform with may levels of providers and they should be able to accommodate their customers and clients (us) as they sell us a product. But I do hope to one day get to having a few clients in some areas as I seek to expand my services in the the wellness and prevention/longevity areas once they are thriving and well focusing on keeping them well. So, option would be great.

I also prefer client based on the services I provide. "Client" does match the shift forward in looking at all outpatient people as a client or customer of my services rather than a patient under my care. So having the choice would be important.

We use the term client, so being able to have the choice feels important.

"Patient" should be a choice in all areas of the medical record.

We use the term client, not patient so I would request it be an option to
choose from
This would satisfy therapists whose the word client and physicians who use the term patient.

I have both clients and patients depending on if they're seeing me for medications vs. professional consulting so I've just modified my individual templates but my case use is not universal.
