It would be helpful if IntakeQ would send an email to clients with expiring cards that has a direct link to update the card information. Meaning, it directly takes you to a screen with the last 4 of the card expiring and allows you to update it and save it.

We really need a way to run a report or alert staff/clients when cc are going to expire. Can intakeq work on this? At least if we had a report or way to track it we could send the form to clients to update their cards on file prior to their next appt.

YES! I literally went through each client's file and added a task reminder for myself w/ their card expiration date, but it was tedious and not the best solution moving forward.

I am not sure if IntakeQ does this or not already but it would be helpful if the system automatically sent out notices about expiring cards and has it immediately go to a screen where someone can update the card that's expiring.

Friendly reminder! We noticed that the credit card we have on file for you is set to expire in 14 days. We don't want your account to be effected. Please update your card at your earliest convenience.
