Cancellations Remain on Calendar & Scheduling Color Coding Options

When a pt. cancels, the pt. name remains on calendar but a line goes through the name or it is changes to gray. Need to be able to have more color options for the schedule, not just one option for each provider. Something to be able to tell new evals from follow up visits and cancellations.

I didn't realize until this week we just need to go the calendar filter and hit cancellations and they will be visible,

Yes! You can do this by marking the appointment as “missed”, but it won’t send a cancellation email to the patient the same way the action of cancelling it will. But then cancelling it removes it off the calendar. It would be great to combine those two actions as you stated.
