We have clients who work with multiple therapists across the same discipline, and as a result, will have their recurring appointments on the same day of the week spread across multiple therapists over the course of multiple weeks. When we adjust these appointments (either reschedule or cancel), however, all of the recurring appointments in this instance are not adjusted, which means that we need to double-check that all of the following in order to ensure that the appointments were modified appropriately. This really leads to a lot of inefficiency and has led to scheduling errors as a result. Can you please fix this so that if the appointment recurrence is modified or canceled, it updates all of the following appointments, regardless of which therapists the appointments are scheduled with. This is not an issue across other platforms that we have used, and is really becoming a deterrent to IQ. Thank you!
