bulk forms

Commenting to hopefully boost this-I updated my practice policies and had to individually send the consent form as it required signature to all of my patients-very time consuming! Hoping this will be an option next time I need to update my forms.

Would love to be able to send one form to every client at once instead of individually.

I would like the ability to bulk send a FORM via email to all active clients as I understand it the only way to do bulk messages is in the portal
YANG ROBY
I would second to have this function, especially when you have so many intakes and this bulk function is soooo needed!

I would like to add to this. Different “templates” to email/message clients . Where you click on the template and it asks “which client to send it to”. This would be great if it’s scheduled for a specific client to. I know you can schedule messages to send X amount of time after an appointment, but you can’t select which clients it applies to. It applies to all of them.

Lisa Griffiths: This is a suggestion for a workaround. It is written for IntakeQ. If you have PracticeQ, I assume (but do not know for sure) that the same instructions will work.
In IntakeQ, select "Lists" and then "Clients." Use the filter to "Search" the clients to whom you want to send the form. Select "Export Clients" and then "Export Search Results". In the Excel spreadsheet, select all the email addresses and press Control and C to copy them to the clipboard. (Do not select the column.) Draft a new email and enter YOUR email address in the "To" field. Click in the BCC (blind carbon copy) field and press Control and V to paste all the emails from the spreadsheet. (DO NOT PASTE THE EMAIL ADDRESSES INTO THE "TO" OR "CC" FIELDS. This would be a HIPAA violation!!! BCC prevents each person from viewing the other clients' email addresses.) Draft the email that you wish to send.
In IntakeQ, open the form you want to send. Select "..." from the menu, click "Get URL," and then select "copy" to copy the URL to the clipboard. Under "Additional Options:" click to place a checkmark next to "Require email or phone confirmation. " Click "Close," and then click "Save". Go back to your drafted email and click where you want the URL to appear in the body of the email. Press Control and V to paste the URL into the email. Send the email.

OMG! PREACH! The only way we have found to do this - and we have gone to the tools multiple times is by making a file folder which is time consuming as much as sending them sepThe only way we have found to do this - and we have gone to the tools multiple times is by making a file folder, which is time-consuming as much as sending them separately.erately.

Don't give us a reply to use Bulk Sending Client Portal Messages (https://support.intakeq.com/article/473-bulk-sending-client-portal-messages). I would like to bulk send without using the portal, which I do not have. I send legal documents and client update forms at the beginning of every year, and I use IntakeQ, not PracticeQ. It is cumbersome to send forms one at a time to over 150 people.
