It should be possible to create multiple widgets rather than having them piggy back off of one another, like the current system is set up. Some services have separate policies from others, and it is not possible to customize what Policies are visible on the widget based on the services.

i.e. We would like to have a Widget for the initial Intake appointment (with the policies and Custom Fields specifically associated with that service) AND a widget for Group appointments (with the policies and custom fields specifically associated with that service available)
