Hi, I would like to request for there to be a blank/fillable option when creating a drop down or multi-select drop down, this would help as there are times when the options created are not sufficient or adequate for the question. For example, we have a question about what support/stabilization is needed when hand writing but the therapist wants to add that non-dominant arm is out side of the visual field which is not one of the options. We can add it for future evaluations but there are always times when the options available are not sufficient.
