It'd be great to have a way to track clients' birthdays and set up automatic calendar reminders for staff to reach out to those clients personally.

I agree! In particular for those who are "aging out" of a program such as the early intervention programs that end once a child turns 3.

Adding to this, it there is a session tracker, but it is a bit clunky for what I would like to use it for. It would be great if the dashboard could include an option to add a list of "upcoming expiring authorizations" and "upcoming expiring plan of cares" in addition to "up coming birthdays". The birthdays would be especially helpful for early intervention services where patients "age out"
