Availity Integration

Yes but availity does not integrate with intake q in their back office so you still have to as far as I know individually enter all of your claims and with 500 claims a month that is extremely time-consuming
Marwin Margolies
Yes, either integrate with Availity or become your own clearinghouse. PracticeQ is kind of expensive as far as therapy practice softwares go. I switched from TherapyNotes, which I liked on the claims and service end, but not on their visual EHR end... but this is so expensive to have PQ AND the clearing house like officeally.

I'm curious if anyone is trying TriZetto instead of OfficeAlly.
Is it less expensive?
Marwin Margolies
Jean Koncos me too. Office ally really sucks in so many ways and its so expensive because BCBS claims I have aren't on their free list. I think trizetto is more expensive, but im considering switching because office ally is so bad.

Marwin Margolies I am in the process of switching up to trizetto because they charge .72 per claim as opposed to $39.95 per therapist. I have 17 therapist so my bill's over $500 a month. Trizetto willi wind up being about half the amount.
Marwin Margolies
Jean Koncos Oh wow so its just per claim theres not a monthly fee?Im going to call them on Monday. I wonder why I wasnt working with them before. I feel like someone had told me it was something like $80/month.

Availity is way less expensive for my practice and much easier for us to use. Office Ally is very expensive for practices that have more part time providers. We have been with Availity for many years and they are always responsive and helpful. Having an availity integration would be extremely helpful.

Availity is so much easier to navigate than OfficeAlly

Yes! I just got my Office Ally bill and completely forgot it costs more. Our previous practice management systems all used Availity and I was so much easier for our biller.
