It would be extremely helpful to have an option that allows specific notes, once locked, to automatically share to the patient portal instead of requiring manual sharing. This could be set within the note template itself, so providers can enable it on a per-template basis, or built as a process where rules determine which notes should be auto-shared. This would save time, reduce the chance of missed shares, and ensure patients receive their information promptly.
