yes- would love an option to set rule "cannot be billed to insurance" for no show or late cancel, since insurance will not cover this fee and it must be paid out of pocket

You can do this for cancellations, in your payments settings I believe you can require a credit card when they self-book and or to have one on file if you book them yourself. And then it allows to to set an automatic cancel feel

Tori Butler: I think this only works if the client "cancels" on their end, not if the clinician marks the client as cancelled (even if it's a "late" cancel).
