Automatically cancel an appointment when intake paperwork is not completed

Rather than creating a separate post, just wanted to branch off this -- I'd love the ability to automatically cancel an appointment based on incomplete intake paperwork or a missed payment. Our 1st session service requires complete intake paperwork and payment processed 24 hours prior to the appointment, otherwise we cancel it.

Tyson Edwards: we would like to choose as we do have clients that are technically challenged and we have paper in office to assist, or the provider assists the first few minutes. These are rare, and we know ahead of time- otherwise we would like 24 hours as that is considered the gold standard for our provider to be able to look over ppw prior to meeting the client
