Automatic Package Appointment Addition with Cancellations

It would be super helpful if the package automatically added a new slot when a client cancels an appointment as it is time consuming for our admin to have to go in regularly to make sure all package visits are accounted for. We currently have to manually add another slot on to a package if a client cancels a visit without us rescheduling them. It would be very helpful if that slot was automatically added for us for these canceled visits.

Agreed! Would love the flexibility to either set a rule to allow for the patient to reschedule the visit or add a slot to their package as long as the visit was cancelled within the cancellation policy timeframe. It seems that when patients cancel a visit from within the widget they retain the ability to reschedule the visit, but if the visit is cancelled on our end, the visit can't be rescheduled by the patient. FYI, my current workaround is an automation that automatically adds a task to reschedule the visit so it doesn't get missed, but still more work on our end.
