In creating forms you can add [ClientName] and it will automatically fill the client name out but there is not [InsertDate] or [TodaysDate] option to have it automatically fill in the date.

Specifically this was for a school excusal note to be in PT and classically the date is required. It makes it to wear you have to update the form before you send it out each time which is time consuming and unnecessary really
