Hi all, we are gearing up to begin an Early Access program for our patient engagement suite of features we are calling Engage. Engage Premium will include a Review Management (reputation management) feature. We have limited room for Early Access participation. It will require that you adopt and test all patient engagement features, which requires disabling your existing PQ patient reminders and adopting the new patient reminders in Engage Premium. It would be helpful to add # of follow up appts under email settings that I want this sent after. For example, being sent after 3rd appt with me. It's not helpful to send after xx days because the 3rd appt could be 3 weeks or 9 months, depending on the patients' needs.

I will concur with this one. When I created an automated sms for this purpose, the link I put in doesn't work.

You could always set up a webpage on your personal website with a message that essentially asks for this and then have a link on the page that takes them to the review page. Then, just set it on the form to direct to that page after the form is submitted by going to the form settings and adding the link to your website under the heading of 'When form is submitted, redirect client to:'...just a thought.
