Yes, this is a must to have a system that prompts automatic reviews and reputation management. This is an option in most on the EMR.
I really miss this option, as well as having an app that I can easily look up patient info on the go

I think this is in the works. You could also try Gatherup. It's helpful for first party reviews. https://gatherup.com/

only way I have found is to go to booking settings, messages, customized messages, email templets or sms templates, Patients get an email or sms after they schedule a new patient appointment 160 days out asking for a review and there is a link to that: and also on their yearly birthday email.

Hi all, we are gearing up to begin an Early Access program for our patient engagement suite of features we are calling Engage. Engage Premium will include a Review Management (reputation management) feature. We have limited room for Early Access participation. It will require that you adopt and test all patient engagement features, which requires disabling your existing PQ patient reminders and adopting the new patient reminders in Engage Premium. It would be helpful to add # of follow up appts under email settings that I want this sent after. For example, being sent after 3rd appt with me. It's not helpful to send after xx days because the 3rd appt could be 3 weeks or 9 months, depending on the patients' needs.

Would love if there was a "pop-up" or something we could implement when clients log in that requests them to review our practice and can redirect to our Google business/review page!
