Auto-response to SMS text responses

If a client responds to a text message with something that does not result in an action (for example, if they respond "Cancel" instead of "Yes" or No"), they should receive an auto-response letting them know that no action was taken and that their message has not been received by office staff

Yes, same for email reminders! I have had people say that they cancelled an appointment by sending a return email to the address that the automatic reminders come from. Of course, no one receives those emails. They should be getting an automated email back saying that it is an unmonitored address and that they need to contact their provider directly.
