Please make the tracking more user friendly. All we can do currently is add a task and that doesn't always populate or notify us in time. Tracking of visits & auth visits needs to be a priority add please.

Go to a client's profile, click on "Claims", then click on "Claim Defaults". There is an area in which you can add an auth number, start date, and end date. It does not track the number of visits though.
