you can do this via the appointment screen when scheduling.

you can choose that in Booking settings. I do agree that the ability to select both would be a good addition.

If you're using the same telehealth link for all sessions there is a workaround for this. But if a new URL is generated for each telehealth session, then this is currently not an option.

There is a kind of work around for this; you can create additional reminders in the bookings--booking settings--messages. :)

Ryne Evans: I have email reminders set up in this location, but it says "When to send it:
This email will be sent when the reminder type is set to Email" doesn't give me any other options. So if reminder type is set to "text" it will not generate this email as well. Perhaps I am missing something
