It is absurd that this request has been "Planned" since your post in 2022. This is a basic feature that should be defaulted into the system.

Allow patients to choose both text message AND email reminders. I have many patients especially adolescents whose parents want to be texted about appt reminders but want reminders also send to their emails so either they or their child can easily access the appt from their computer/ipad where they might not be receiving messages.

I would like to be able to select how individual clients receive reminders....either SMS or email.

you can do this via the appointment screen when scheduling.

I agree, or the ability to select both too

If you're using the same telehealth link for all sessions there is a workaround for this. But if a new URL is generated for each telehealth session, then this is currently not an option.
