Appointment color changes once note is finished and locked.

I know this has been asked multiple times but...
Can we get a feature that after the note is finished (locked and signed) that the appointment changes a color, this would make it easier to know what charts are done. Would also help for creating claims when the note is finished I wont have to go into each note to see if it has been signed if the appointment is changed to a different color.
I have to spend extra time at the end of the day reopening the session note on each pt to be sure it's finished. Once the note is signed and locked the color should be changed, most EHR systems do this (at least the ones i have worked with in the past)

For the claims you can also filter when doing billing to only show you locked notes as they shouldn't be able to lock them without signing if this helps in the meantime for claims anyways.

And to add the feature to add blocks to schedule in a different color and make notes inside the block menu for a variety of needs (meeting address, topic, general notes...)

I agree this would be nice-in the meantime, are you aware of adding 'unlocked notes' to your dashboard? This is how I keep this organized

Regina Van Gorden yes just would help color changing with the amout of providers i have etc :)
